How to Lead Change, Overcome Resistance, and Improve Employee Performance

I’ve been reviewing the traffic patterns on my blog and one fact is clear. Organizational change is a pressing issue for business professionals right now! My most popular blog articles include many that I wrote on the process of leading and managing change.

Whether it was Kurt Lewin’s Model (unfreeze, change, refreeze), John Kotter’s Model (8 Steps for Leading Change), or general posts on the psychology of change, there was always significant interest in those topics.  This heightened interest in the dynamics of organizational change is also consistent with what I have seen in my regular work with business leaders and managers. Everyone is working hard to deal with the rapid and unrelenting rate of change occurring everywhere!

I have put an article series together for my readers. In my series, How to Lead Change, Overcome Resistance, and Improve Employee Performance, I provide links to 15 of my articles.  The topics I cover are the psychology of change, the process for leading change, and strategies for reinforcing change. This is a free resource of my existing content that I am happy to provide.

The good and bad news about change is that it will continue to occur at a rapid pace.  This brings great opportunities and great challenges. One truth is clear:

We do not drive very well when we spend too much time looking in the rear view mirror!
