The saying goes that the only events we can count on for certain are death and taxes. Missing from this short list is the other certain event–change. The pace of change is maddening and increasing all of the time. The ability to embrace and leverage change is what will make us innovators or what will make us obsolete and forgotten. The new question we need to ask regularly is the following: What Changes Do I Need to Make Now?
Simply put, in the times that we live in now, it’s always time to make a change.
