In my earlier post, Organizational Change Management – Four Truths Leaders Should Know About Organizational Change, I mentioned John Kotter, the Harvard Professor, who is widely regarded as the Guru of Change Management.  John has written several best selling books on organizational change.  His book, Leading Change, remains a classic for leaders who want an action plan for how to successfully lead change in their organization.  In the following video, John describes a simple process managers and leaders can use to assess the “people impact” of any proposed change.
