I am a big fan of biography shows on successful people in sports, entertainment, business, etc. If you are successful, I want to know how you got there. Two themes that are constant in all of the biography shows I watch is the following: these successful people all worked hard at their craft and they never gave up no matter what obstacles they faced. Successful business leaders and managers do not give up on the vision and they do not give in to failure or negativity. They keep going! Success is about perseverance, talent, and hard work (and some luck).
