The aim of the great leader is Not to get people
to think more highly of the leader.
It's to get people to think
more highly of themselves.

Great leaders are selfless! They understand that the power that they have is not about them. Their power exists to ensure the benefit of the people who follow their lead. Click To Tweet
What is Selfless Leadership?
Great leadership is not selfish or self-centered!
Great leadership is really not about the leader at all--not his or her recognition, promotion, or preeminence. Great leadership--wherever it occurs--is about service to a worthy cause.
Great leaders are selfless! They are servants who facilitate the success of others. They spark action in others by seeing the value of others and aligning that value with the worthy cause. In the presence of great leadership, people feel inspired not only in the worthiness of the cause but in their own personal worth.
Great leadership makes others feel valued!
